Lore

The world's creators have no describable form; they are probably divine tools. However, their historical appearances, with apocalyptic consequences, earned them the name of Calamities. Their work, as much creative as destructive, now complete, the Calamities reside in the Abyss where, dormant, they separate the material world from the dream world. The Sovereign of Ice, also called the Crystal Serpent, is the creator of climates. It is responsible for the formation of the Crystal Lands and for the seal of the Dhöggeïr mother. All of Oniyxia and most of the Oniyx technologies of the Age of the Deities were then imprisoned in eternal ice. Its appearance is said to be the work of the Water King, although the truth of this rumor remains a complete mystery. Near the place where it appeared, at the top of the highest peak, lies a frost flower jealously guarded by many Dhöggeïr.
