Beyond the card

The title of elemental King is honorary, but carries immense responsibility for maintaining elemental balance. The Kings equipped their heirs with runic weapons. According to Faerylia’s interpretation of the Primordial Codex, those weapons would allow them to seal the Deities and win their freedom. The Kings of shadow and light had a diplomatic relationship. The cracking of the single continent created a clean break between the two heirs. Nyevielh became a hostile zone, forcing the heir of Shadow into perpetual combat. These cursed lands are an open-air nightmare that one should never visit.
