Beyond the card
The title of elemental King is honorary, but carries immense responsibility for maintaining elemental balance. The Kings equipped their heirs with runic weapons. According to Faerylia’s interpretation of the Primordial Codex, those weapons would allow them to seal the Deities and win their freedom. The King of Water, a nomadic merchant, had the tradition of teaching a disciple about the waters and the markets. The last heir, husband of the Alphilan queen, is reported missing along with his wife; the trail leads back to the Crystal Lands.
